Jabalpur born Arjun Rampal is too sexy for a politician but has not deterred him by giving a fantastic performance in Raajnetti. Arjun Rampal's career-best performance is in Raajneeti. This just speaks volumes about how he has gone from strength to strength as an actor. Initially labelled as a non-actor,this 37 year old actor made some obscure choices in the form of movies like Dil Hain Tumhaara, Dil Ka Rishta, Hum Ko Tumse Pyaar Hain. His production I see You that he made starring cousin Kim Sharma was a big flop.

Things finally turned around when Shah Rukh Khan gave him the role of the vilain in the 2007 superhit Om Shanti Om. That role was actually going to Shiney Ahuja who refused it.
