How to Get a body like Hrithik Roshan?


Want to have a body like Hrithik Roshan. Here are Hrithik Roshan’s diet and exercise tips. Follow them closely if you want to be a Greek God like him.

Day 1:
Morn: 40 mins Cardio;
30 mins Abs
Eve: Chest and Back 90 mins

Day 2:
Morn: Routine same as Day 1
Eve: Biceps and triceps 90 mins

Day 3:
Morn: Routine same as Day 1
Eve: Shoulders and Legs 90 mins

Day 4:
Morn: Routine same as Day 1
Eve: Chest and Back 90 mins

Day 5:
Morn: routine same as Day 1
Eve: Biceps and Triceps 90 mins

Day 6:
Morn: Routine same as Day 1
Eve: Shoulder and Legs 90 mins

Day 7:
Rest

Diet for six pack abs:
Breakfast: 4 eggs, 1 brown bread toast plus oatmeal porridge if hungry.
2nd meal: Chicken breast, 2 rotis, dal (half bowl), 1 cup broccoli.
3rd meal: 4 egg whites, 1 brown bread toast plus helping of one fruit.
4th meal: Protein shake and amino acid tablet.
5th meal: Chicken breast, one roti, dal (half bowl), 1 cup broccoli.
6th meal: Protein shake (late night).

Supplements:
Glutamine
Creatine
Vitamin C
Magnesium
Omega 3
1 multi vitamin
3 litres of water
8 hours sleep is very crucial

Hrithik Roshan added weight, binging on junk food to get into the skin of Ethan for Guzaarish. He admits, ‘I am a foodie. As the paralysed man in Guzaarish, I got an excuse to binge. I was eating fried food (batata wadas and samosas), ice-creams and chocolates. For the first time in 15 years, I went overboard.”
In three months, Hrithik’s cholesterol levels were up. The actor admits, "I understood why doctors tell us that junk food can kill. My medical reports set off alarm bells.'' Since the shoot was continous, he had an arduous task to lose all the fat and get into the toned role of Ethan before he turns quardriplegic. So along with trainer Satyadev Chaurasia, Hrithik began Arnold Schwarzenegger's Level 3 competition workout, a programme that transforms one's body in a month. Hrithik says, "I had no idea how the six packs would come back again. Satya and I sat together and made a plan on the diet and the exercise. We had to factor in my numerous injuries. My shoulders are broken, my knee was not functioning, I have a back problem, and we had to meet the deadline because I had to shoot a jazz ballet sequence. It was a complete boot camp. Sometimes I was so dead in the gym that Satya actually kept a trash can fearing I would puke out of fatigue. But we didn't give up.”

Satya adds, "Hrithik hadn't worked out for months on end. And when you don't work out you lose muscle memory. The biggest challenge was to get it back. I feel so proud when I look at him today.''

Hrithik believes that a healthy body and a few minutes of exercise can give mental clarity and improve focus. But he also says that a person should have one day for rest. Says the superstar, "Contrary to what people perceive, the body grows when it is resting. The gym is actually the stimulus and it is the place where the body breaks down the cells. It is when you rest that the brain actually rebuilds the cells. This is the reason why body building is actually called Progressive Overload. If you don't give yourself enough rest, no matter how many hours you spend in the gym, it is not going to help.'

Simret Singh: i am in the same state of body as you were hritik i am also a paitent of slipped disc 2 of them and i was also trying to build body muscles.. Now i cant think of even walking properly..
I am a normal guy and need help

How stupid...4 eggs lol. one egg is about 200mg of cholesterol 4 eggs that makes it 800mg while our need per day is only 300mg lol. if u want to get the goodness of the egg, take only the white. or one egg per day but watch out for what you take next as u shouldn't exceed 300 mg per day of Cholesterol. Even if u do workout..... and some pple include egg in everyday's diet. That is also wrong even if the cholestrol in the egg is considered a good one but still, take one egg in a week, switch to fruits, oats , lentilles, white meat for protein.

With so much protein in his diet(8 eggs+amino acid tablets +protein shakes),is it not going to harm the kidneys in the long term?

Everybody's body is different the amount of egg someone eats doesn't really matter. IF IT WORKS FOR U THEN DO IT.I used tobe 16stones and now I'm 13 stones, ripped body all on a oats diet and almonds n brokley diet.but its not for all....

My nurtitionist says evryone diff. Some do eggs good, some dont. Depends on how ur bdy cleans itself. I do 60 grams protien daily and all organs very hlh. Dr cks me evry 90 days. Lost 90 lbs in 1 yr. Thx hrithik
