Abhishek Bachchan and Sanjay Bhansali Team Up

Sanjay Leela Bhansali is going to take a detour from his art-deco world of mansions and donning a contemporary, urbane look for his film. For this, he is taking Abhishek Bachchan as the protagonist. Bhansali said,, "I've always felt Abhishek has immense untapped potential. He is an actor capable of surrendering to the camera wholeheartedly. I feel his potential is simmering under the surface. I am going to try to harness it."

The director further revealed, "It is today's subject about contemporary situations and the dilemma that a young individual faces in trying to jump across the hurdles that are placed in his life by the wheels of the government."

Sanjay Leela Bhansali directed Amitabh Bachchan in his one of his career-best performances, in Black. He was able to make Aishwarya Rai give some of her best performances in movies like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas and Guzaarish. Let's hope, he does something to stop Abhishek Bachchan's spate of flops.
