Katrina Kaif's item number in Agneepath is being choreographed by Ganesh Acharya and the lady has gone on a strict diet and has stepped up her exercise regime to be as shapely as she was for Sheela Ki Jawani.

Katrina has three costume changes in the song. One of them- the yellow saree and the chequered choli - is on the lines of what Helen, the yesteryears 'item girl' wore for Mungda. The music of Chikni Chameil is similar to Marathi chartbuster Kombdi padali from Jatra which incidentally had the same music directors Ajay and Atul. One can't stop raving about Katrina Kaif's energetic dance steps in the item number which is going to take the nation by storm.
