Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in a Yash Chopra movie, well that is the stuff, dreams are made of, aren’t they ? Well, though things have been kept as one of the biggest secrets of this season, in all probability, the Yash Chopra movie will release this Diwali.
The untitled venture makes Yash Chopra’s return as director after a good 8 years. He made the highly successful Veer Zara in 2004. Some people have said that the movie is in the lines of Veer Zara while other say that it is the Daag remake. Yash Chopra has said that it is neither and it is an original love story. Anushka Sharma also stars in the film.
Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif star for the first time together in a film, they had many offers to work jointly but had rejected because the script was not good enough to appeal to both of them jointly. A.R.Rahman will give music to the film, this is the first time, the two legends will be working together. Gulzar will be penning the lyrics. This sure may be one of Katrina Kaif’s best roles. Yash Chopras is known to make women look the prettiest in his film and needless to say, the beautiful girl may look dream-like in this one. Did we just forget that Anushka Sharma also stars in this film, along with SRK and Katrina Kaif ? Must say Shahrukh Khan looks younger than his age while Katrina Kaif looks a little mature here.
