Sunny Leone will act in Ragini MMS sequel. After Jism 2, she will indulge in this horror fest. Ragini MMS was made with modest budget and recovered profits for Ekta Kapoor. A sequel was always on her mind and she seems to hve got the perfect fit for Ragini MMS 2 with Sunny Leone starring in the main lead.
An insider says, “Sunny has become the hottest actress in India today. Ekta and her production team feel she fits the role completely.
The original Ragini MMS was shot video footage style with a girl named Ragini experiencing super natural things around her at a farmhouse. She had gone with her opportunist boyfriend who had actually decided to record the lovemaking on tape and publish it online. But his plan turns truant when a ghost kills him and renders Ragini mentally disturbed.
Now , it is believed that Ragini MMS 2 will be also based on a real life story. Of course, this time, the canvas is way bigger and there will be more sensuality and oomph, with more scare element. The budget is also bigger; Ragini MMS was shot in 15 days with few lakhs. But the sequal will definitely carry bigger stakes.
Ekta confirms, “Yes, we have signed Sunny for the sequel. We wanted to take it to a higher level. It’s a scary date movie meant for youngsters. Sunny represents sensuality at its peak, so for us she’s the perfect choice.”
The shooting of Ragini MMS 2 will commence once Sunny Leone wraps Jism 2.
