Today, 14 March’08 is the birthday of the supremely talented Aamir Khan. He turns 43 but still looks every bit in his 20s. The actor will don a bald pate for his role in Ghajini, which should release later this year. Aamir Khan will also be endorsing Samsung mobile phones. So it is Shahrukh Khan for Nokia, Hrithik Roshan for Sony Ericsson, Abhishek Bachchan for Motorola and now Aamir Khan for Samsung. Aamir Khan reportedly stated in a Rediff interview that he was convinced about the product and the brand. The amazing array of phones that were shown to Aamir has made him understand that Samsung phones are indeed way ahead of market in terms of sheer design, quality and technology.
Aamir Khan’s deft craftsmanship is not transparent only in movies but they are also visible in his ad endorsements. Be it those Coke Ads with Aamir in different avatars, the Innova Ad or the touching Timex Ad, his ads do impress. Let’s hope there is something to look out for in the Samsung ad too.
