A successful ramp model, the 26 year old Diana Penty (born November 2, 1985) debuts in Cocktail, the film that releases July 13, 2012. Co-starring are Deepika Padukone and Saif Ali Khan.
Diana Penty was supposed to do Rockstar but it did not work out and she was replaced by Nargis Fakhri. Diana has worked with top class designers and has also appeared in many TV advertisements like the Virgin Mobile ad in which she shared screen space with Ranbir Kapoor and Genelia D’Souza.
Diana Penty is also the brand ambassador of Garnier Hair. She has also done commercials for Westside, Bajaj, TBZ and Suzlon. Diana Penty is the international face of Maybelline New York and even replaced Deepika Padukone for the launch of New White Stay UV fashion range. She was seen in the cover of the Reader’s Digest in January 2011.
Diana Penty has a Parsi father and a Christian mother. She completed her Bachelors in Mass Media from St. Xavier’s College Mumbai and then went on to pursue a career in modeling.
