Screen Awards are decided by the jury of eminent film personalities unlike Filmfare Awards which gives 50 percent weight to viewers choice and 50 percent of the jury.  This is the reason why the popular award for the best actor went to  Shah Rukh Khan while  the best actor went to Ranbir Kapoor for Rockstar.
