Salman Khan clarifies Sanjay Leela Bhansali controversy

Salman Khan clarified on Sanjay Leela Bhansali controversy on the Bigg Boss show. Anil Kapoor and Akshaye Khanna had come on the popular reality show to promote their entertain rich movie ‘No Problem’ Anil joked saying that Salman should not badmouth his film like he did for Guzaarish.



Salman said that the media had blown the entire thing out of proportion. He said that he had just said on the felicitation ceremony that charity and movies are separate things. When asked by a fan as to why he does not do films based on the physically challenged and diseases, Salman had said that he had done Khamoshi and Phir Milenge (but even a dog didn’t come to watch). This meant that he had not used the dog/ fly comment on Guzaarish but on his own film. Salman said that he believed that films should be entertainers.

Secondly, Sallu said that a wonderful lady who was physically challenged had come up to him and asked for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s number. To which Salman Khan said that he was a good contender for charity since he has made a lot of films on these noble themes. But she said that she did not want charity to which Sallu said that he is saved, then, in a light-hearted manner.

This just goes to say that one should not believe in hear-say and the media tends to blow things out of proportion. Good to know that Salman Khan and Amitabh Bachchan use social networkin sites and television to give their version before the public
